What is metabolic syndrome?

Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of conditions such as heightened blood pressure, abnormal sugar and cholesterol levels and excessive body fat.

What can lead to this syndrome?

Excessive consumption of products like ramen noodles containing TBHQ, high sodium (a cup of instant noodles contains up to 2,700 mg of sodium), and saturated fats along with its high glycaemic content, can easily lead to a condition known as metabolic syndrome.

These conditions, clustered together, increase the risk of heart disease, coronary disease, heart disease, stroke and diabetes. TBHQ has been found responsible for not only metabolic syndrome, but also for weakening of the organs in the body and an increased risk of cancer and tumours.

Although ramen noodles are not a healthy food choice, they are still largely consumed throughout the world. South Korea, for instance, holds the top spot in the statistics given by the World Instant Noodles Association.

All you need is this:

3/4 cups flour (you can use all-purpose flour)
1 egg
1 tablespoon water (depending on flour and humidity)
3/4 tsp salt to taste.
The preparation goes in the familiar way: First you mix the dry ingredients, then you make a well in the center, and then you beat the eggs and water inside.

Then slowly combine the ingredients together. What comes next is fair kneading! The dough is ready when your hands become fairly clean and the dough does not stick as much anymore.
