Apple Cider Vinegar Treatment to Remove Warts, Fibroma and Reverse Benign Skin Growth

By definition Fibroma’s are benign skin growths which actually are benign tumors of the connective tissue. They look and feel like soft nodules, and they be in size from a few millimeters to a centimeter.

Usually they are same color as the skin, but also sometimes they can be brightly pigmented. These changes are not malignant, but during the life they grow and become more noticeable, therefore they are becoming more like an aesthetic problem.

They appear mostly in middle aged people on places where the skin is rubbing, usually on the armpits, neck, stomach, groin, eyelids, feet but can also occur on any other place on the skin. They can really be a problem if they occur on the areas where skin is rubbing and they can become very painful. They can be inflamed, bleeding, start growing, etc. The reason for the appearance of Fibromas is still unknown, but the general consensus seems to be that they are hereditary.

The good thing is that you can get rid of them with only one ingredient, without bleeding and scarring. That ingredient is malic acid. The malic acid can be found in apples and apple cider vinegar. It has been scientifically proven that it can reduce pain and muscle soreness in people who are suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgi. Also it can be effective energy booster.

Because of its exfoliating properties, the Malic acid is a commonly used additive in the products for skin care. Due to it’s chemical composition It deeply penetrates the skin.

Note: The malic acid should never be used for removal of fibroma of the eyelid!

This method have helped a lot of people and here’s how:

Carefully wash the place around fibroma with mild soap and water. During the first time soak the fibroma in water for around 10-15 minutes (or put a soaked cotton on it). When its dry, soak a piece of cotton with apple cider vinegar and then squeeze it. Place it directly on the fibroma and fix it with a bandage or plaster. After 15 minutes rinse it with water.

Repeat this procedure three times per day, up to one week. Fibromas should firstly become dark, form a crust, dry out and ultimately fall off.

Depending on the size of the fibromas or how deep they are in the skin, it can cause minor skin damage (a little whole). If this happens you can apply Aloe Vera gel.

If the procedure is done carefully and the fibroma its not deep into the skin, there won’t be any scars.
