Ginger, Cinnamon & Honey Tea
Ingredients you need:
thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger;
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice;
1 stick of Ceylon cinnamon;
1 teaspoon of raw organic honey;
1 ½ cup of filtered water.

Preparation:
Add the peeled and sliced ginger in boiling water.
When it has boiled, reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.
Once simmering, add the cinnamon.
Continue simmering for 5 more minutes.
Strain into a tall cup of tea bowl.
Add honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice for its vitamin and antioxidants.
