Nettle

Nettle acts as an antihistamine, which helps to calm allergy symptoms such as sneezing and itchy eyes. When you notice these symptoms, you should drink nettle tea.

Chamomile
The anti – inflammatory properties of chamomile help to soothe dry eyes effectively and eliminates itchiness. Take two bags of cooled chamomile tea and hold on the eye for 3-5 minutes. Repeat this procedure several times a day.

Mint
Mint is an excellent natural remedy for the respiratory tract. The breathing is improved through inhalation with tea from fresh or dried mint leaves.

Thyme
Thyme tea helps in the treatment of cough, breathlessness caused by allergies, and it also has a calming effect on sore throat.

Honey
Honey is a great remedy that relieves coughing and throat inflammation. One teaspoon of honey with any of the previously mentioned tea will be of great help.

Ginger
Ginger relieves irritation of inflamed throat and is very powerful in combination with honey. Make a tea from fresh ginger, so in boiling water put 5 grams grated fresh ginger and leave it for 10 minutes to stand. Then strain it and add a teaspoon of honey.
