Man Overcomes Diabetes Without Medicine!

This article is about the amazing story of a man who was diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes back in 2011 and managed to fight the diseases and get back up on his feet againHe diagnosis stated that he had to take high blood pressure pills as well as insulin to treat his issues, but upon long consultation with his doctor, he denied the treatments and decided to look for an alternative cure.This is when he started consuming raw fruits and vegetables that eventually lead to restoring his health.


It all started 4 years ago when he started feeling constant thirst and decided to go to the doctors for a check-up. His doctor informed him that his sugar levels where increased so much (29.0 mmol/L) that his pancreas stopped working meaning that he must take insulin.

Although he first listened to the doctor and started taking insulin on daily basis while exercising, his condition only got gradually worse with time. His blood pressure rose up to 150/100 and the medications he was taking didn’t do anything to easy up his condition.

So he decided to take the matters into his own hands. In 2013, on New Year’s Eve, he decided to try an alternative method to treat his illness.

What inspired him to do so was an episode of the television show “The Edge of Science” where a doctor stated that he’d been eating raw foods for the past 12 years. After watching the episode, he went out and bought a blender and started his natural treatment.

Although it was hard for him during his first week, he managed to get through despite the temptation he had felt to try other foods. His determination and dedication resulted in his blood pressure dropping to 5.0 mmol/L.

This meant that he didn’t need insulin no more. Of course he started going on his regular checkups to make sure everything was okay and normal. He even lost weight and his condition was stabilizing. Incredibly, he lost 22 pounds in only 25 days.

It took him only 3 months to become a completely new healthy person with a normal blood pressure and normal blood sugar levels. Aside from this he’d lost a whole of 40 pounds which is inredible.

Since raw foods became a new part of his life, he started experimenting with various recipes for smoothies and juices. He revealed his favorite recipe:

Ingredients you’re going to need:

  • 5 kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • ½ liter of water
  • A handful of kale

Preparation method:

Put all of the ingredients above in a blender and blend them well.

How to Use:

Drink ½ a liter of this amazing juice on an empty stomach as soon as you get up in the morning, and consume the rest throughout the day.
