Use Lemon Everyday For Your Knee Pain!

Knee pain can be quite unpleasant. Fortunately, we’re here with a home remedy that can help!  This remedy is natural and will remove the pain fast! Ingredients Sesame oil 1-2 lemons Preparation Take the lemons and cut them into small chunks. Tie the chunks into cotton cloth or parchment. Dip the cloth or parchment in sesame oil.

 

Put this on the knee for 10 minutes to stay. Do twice each day and the pain will disappear! Also, drink lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water every morning to improve overall health and BEFORE breakfast!
