Here Is How To Cleanse Your Organism In Just One Day

This regime of cleansing the organism should be done once a month. In the morning, before you consume anything, drink a glass of lemonade.

Breakfast: Fruit salad – can be made of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, apples, pears and a handful of almonds in combination with fat-free yogurt.

 

Snack: Glass of lemonade, one banana and handful of pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Lunch: Beans salad, spiced with lemon juice and olive oil.

Snack: Glass of lemonade, cucumber salad, radish, celery and handful of raisins.

Dinner: Grilled fish with dressing made of lemon juice in combination with vegetables prepared on steam.

One hour before you go to be drink a glass of warm lemonade.

Note: The lemon-diet should be done only once a month.
